The Fayette County Sports Hall of Fame welcomes individual and team nominations from current Hall members. Nomination forms will be mailed in November. Complete the nomination form and include detailed information. The more information included, the easier it will be for the selection committee to move your nominee forward in the selection process to make the ballot.

To be eligible, a nominee must have been born, lived, played or worked in Fayette County. Nominees may be identified as athletes, coaches, administrators, media, recreation, contributors to the Hall of Fame and other.

A nominee’s high school graduating class must have been at least 12 years ago (2003).
